Gaskets

Manufactured according to OST, GOST, ASME, and other standards, according to the Customer's technical specification, respectively raw materials are purchased according to the standard's requirements or the Customer's technical specification (Soft iron, Inconel, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, etc.).

A horizontal disc-shaped insert is used to complete the capping device.

Ring Joint Gaskets (ARMCO rings) or Ring Joint Gaskets (RTJ) (oval and octagonal) - gaskets for the production of which soft iron, low-carbon, carbon steel, stainless steel AISI grades are used.

Spiral Wound Gaskets or Spiral Wound Gaskets (SW) are gaskets with two limiting rings and a spiral (coiled steel strip) with graphite or thermoplastic filler. They are produced with or without inner and outer rings and designed to seal flange joints of fittings, pipelines, vessels, apparatuses, pumps, and similar equipment of chemical, oil-refining, and other industries.

Flange gaskets according to ASME B16.21, This standard regulates flat non-metallic gaskets. The gaskets shall be made of flexible or elastic materials. Metal or nonmetal compounds can only used as filler or reinforcement. The most popular materials for non-metallic flat gaskets are graphite, rubber, paronite, compressed asbestos fiber, and fluoroplastic.
