Threadolets are fittings that provide an outlet from a large diameter pipe to a smaller (or the same size) pipe. The main pipe to which the branch connection is welded is usually called the trunk pipe.
The pipe to which the branch is provided is called an outlet pipe. Threasolets are also laid for the installation of certain types of equipment – sensors, pressure and temperature measuring devices, pressure sampling devices, etc. to the pipeline.
They are produced in various sizes, types, holes and classes, in a wide range of stainless steel, chromium-molybdenum and other alloys.
